Situation Appraisal Guidelines

     1. Don't use this process if you already have an answer or solution.

     2. Invite those you want to attend, making sure you have a broad range of participants. Include those who don't agree with you!

     3. It's best to use a facilitator trained to use Situation Appraisal.
